 radon

Radon is a poisonous gas that you cannot see, smell, or feel.
Radon does not discriminate against the age or type of housing structure.

Recent estimates reveal that radon causes more than 21,000 lung cancer deaths in the United States every single year. Testing for radon during a real estate inspection is not complicated and may be completed in a timely manner (24-48 hours). There are simple and inexpensive methods to fix or mitigate a home found with high levels of radon, before closing.

Testing for radon during home inspections is highly recommended!
Please take the time to learn more about this topic and ways you can help prevent such a serious health risk for our communities.
